What products will keep straightened hair straight?!?

I have naturally curly hair, and I usually straighten it. However, it's very challenging to straighten it during summer months because of the humidity! It will immediately start to poof once I step outside. I have a party on July 2nd, and I'd like to have my hair straight. What products work best to keep straight hair strait in the heat and humidity?! Thanks guys!
