Lg optimus m cant download anything!!!!?

HI i have the LG Optimus m from metro pcs and just recent i been having a problem downloading apps from the market, the just wont download they would say they are downloading but there not i already took out the battery, turn off the phone, factory reset it idk what else i can do so plz anybody out here can you help me solve this problem...........oh yeah i already call the metro pcs place and that did work
