Why isnt there evidence of a worldwide flood as christians (not all) say there was? read on?

first-- the story goes that the human race grew again through noah, yet those people that were born from noah didn't take that story with them, not found in writings in ancient egypt or in greece or africa , clearly if it was the truth then these storis of the ark would be in other ancient places, second there is absolutley no geological evidence to support a world flood, not one geologists will support that idea because of that,
