What breed of dog should i get?

I have a dog right now he is a keeshound. he is getting old so im thinking about getting a new dog soon. I want a dog with long fur around its face so i can put it in a poof. I want a small dog so i can feed it high quality food without having it eat to much. I love grooming dogs so long fur would be great for me. im thinking a yorkie maybe but i might get another keeshound. I dont know i want a dog that would be pretty easy to train and that is socialable. I dont know what to get
