Are zombies real? ksjdfkajdf?

I think zombies are real. There was a "zombie apocalypse" in my city for three months last year. I really don't know what had been going on, but apparently there was some virus/parasite thing that basically ate people's insides and flesh etc., which made them appear like zombies. They weren't really undead though. The victims had been sent in a mental state or something that made them really ferocious and they were able to go around the city unattended. They were mindless or something (and blind and deaf) though and had no idea of what they were doing and just walked around everywhere. It was really really scary. It was also contagious, but the disease was transferred by the mouth of the "zombie" so you could only catch it if you were bitten, which is rare because they were, as I sort of said already, mindless. A lot of them did end up dying, thankfully I knew nobody who did die or were infected. I did see infected people on the streets and stuff. It was called "zombie disease," which I guess is kind of obvious. Surprisingly it didn't go viral though. I don't really know a whole lot about it and sorry if my explanation is unclear, but I guess they're a form of zombies.
