How to factory restore Dell Dimension?

I need to restore a Dell Dimension. I think we bought it around 2003 so it's pretty old and I have now idea where any of the disk may be. I've tried ctrl and F11 but nothing happens, I've also tried F8 but can only restore to a previous point. How do I completely restore the computer?
