Are the pyramid shaped objects on Mars likely to be created by alien life from Mars in the distant past?

I have looked and now it is really starting to get me wondering about them.. There are also some other seemingly not natural geological formations on Mars like this area where there are many nearly perfect squares all right next to each other. Also, there is other areas where things pop up out of the ground like some kind of tunnel or tunnels. Not to mention the pyramid shaped objects on Mars that are 3 sided and maybe 4 sided that seem almost impossible to have naturally occurred since they are relatively close to each other and what kind of process of geology could have formed that formation??? I know that there is NO way we are the only life forms in the Universe, but I have NO idea how common life is. Is it coincidence that life could have formed on both Earth and Mars independently or is it more likely life formed on one of the 2 planets and somehow maybe by meteorite crashed into the other planet contaminating the other planet?? Also, if in fact like DID form somehow on Mars (independently or by contamination from Earth or other source) why isn't there more OBVIOUS evidence like structures of their past or current presence. Do you think they were somehow wiped out and there for couldn't build more structures or went underground for whatever reason?? If in fact by whatever reason there never was life on Mars or is no longer existent or never built those objects like the Pyramids, but is in fact there as simple life or just intelligent or developing life underground how could those pyramid shaped objects form naturally by geology??
