Is it possible to get into UClA with a 3.3?

Okay so i know that this may sound insane but is it at all possible? i thought colleges cosidered more than GPA. dont they look at SAT scores, leadership roles, school activities, and volunteer work?And geological location (South Carolina)? they also look at personal statements right? because ive been through A LOT. I need advice! help!
