What are some similar games to Harvest Moon?

I own Harvest Moon: Animal Parade, and I'm going to buy Harvest Moon: Tree of tranquility very soon. I really enjoy Harvest Moon games, or Sim-like games. I am looking for a game/s for the Wii, but I also own a Playstation 2. I own Animal Crossing (both) and Rune Factory doesn't seem like my kind of game, just because of the whole monster killing thing. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
