ITunes and my iPod... Please HELP!?

Okay so here is what happened... I factory reset my computer which made me lose all my downloaded music onto iTunes... I didn't have my iPod to put my music back on iTunes so while I waited I added music to iTunes from CD's what's going to happen when I plug my iPod into my iTunes... what will happen to all my music from both iPod and computer?D:
