I am in desperate need of help in unrooting my android!!?

i am in serious need of help please! i wanted to root my lg optimus m so i could remove the bloatware from metro, but now i regret even doing so. i want to UNROOT my damned phone and restore it to factory settings. help please?! i'm also using linux ubuntu 10.04. any ideas?!
