How can I get contacts onto the HTC Inspire?

Hello! I accidently reset my HTC Inspire to factory settings without realizing all it was going to delete. How can I get my contacts back onto my HTC? I had a Blackberry Bold before this, but I don't know where it is. Thank you for your help!
