Dance performance...makeup help?

So I have a dance performance for school tomorrow. We need to have our makeup done and everything so it looks good on stage, but not too over the top. We're doing one dance that's kind of sassy/sexy to a song from Chicago and another one that's circus themed. What could I do for my makeup? Please give steps, if you can! We also absolutely need to have black eyeliner and obviously mascara, so definitely involve those in the look. And, what should I do with my hair? The teacher said to make it kinda of big so I was thinking a poof or something? Thanksss!
