How to factory restore a windows 7 PC without the disk?

A friend has just started getting attacked on his Windows 7 PC. Thankfully he has nothing on that computer so completely restoring his PC is absolutely fine with him. And he cannot find his Windows 7 disk. How would he factory restore his computer even though he doesn't have his disk?
